Apple Bandit
Saw this guy munching on an apple in my parent's front yard this weekend. By the time I got the camera out he was gone, but then I spied him up in the tree. Wish I would've seen him perform the feat of transporting that apple up the tree.

Beautiful picture.
today i saw a squirrel with the bottom half of a bagel (bigger than a manhattan bagel) scurrying up a tree after stopping once to look around or planning where to go next. the squirrel was holding it in its teeth; it looked only a little smaller than the squirrel him/herself.
nice shot with the apple. wish i had gotten the bagel bandit.
