Hm, really?
Today I got my first forwarded mail. Yeah, my first forwarded mail since I moved out of apartment 9.
Anyway, imagine my surprise when I read this letter from JPMorgan.Dear Nora:
You recently received a letter from JPMorgan Retirement Plan Services informing you that you are nearing the annual Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 401(k) contribution limit of $15,000 for 2006.
Unfortunately, a system error generated this letter. You are not nearing the IRS 401(k) contribution limit and do not need to consider changing your contributions to after-tax at this time.
Yeah, I know. Thank you for putting into writing that I am specifically NOT nearing the limit.
I have nothing to say but I have a compulsion that requires me to comment on each and every post.
"All night long (all night)..."
Banks like to do things like this just to mess with your head. Hospitals, too. They really had me going one time with a letter regarding my blood test results. But six months later they explained that it was just a "system error." Of course, this was after I had several internal organs surgically removed. I'm sure those doctors all had a good laugh at my expense. Just like the JPMorgan bankers are doing with you.
Hmmm. I got that SAME letter from JP Morgan. And I freaked out. What! There's a limit on how much I can save and I'm reaching it? Someday, it will all be yours Nora. Someday.
