Little Bunny

My cute little bunny Trixie was hopping all around this weekend, wearing her rabbit ears around the house (and making me wear the lamb ears), pretending to eat carrots and just generally being funny. She totally got the whole "find the eggs" concept, even though the first egg was dropped, smashed and tore open with her excited baby hands and then promptly shoved into her mouth, shell and all, and crunched to bits. What, you can't eat the crunchy bits? But then she realized she really doesn't like the yolky texture and spit it out and smeared it all over the hardwood floor. Awwww... how precious (actually, the food wasting/spitting/throwing thing makes me very tense). She found the rest of the eggs without incident (I was quick to have the basket ready). Trixie had a great time at Grampa and Grannie's house with big dog Porter and the even bigger slide across the street, even though each time down caused her face to go wide with slight fear, her arms wind-milling, she'd run right back around and start climbing the steps to go down again.
