I went out for a run last night around 11:00pm and it was so absolutely perfect outside! The moon was full and very bright, casting light shadows around the neighborhood, and has been so impressive these past few evenings. I ran about 1.5 miles 'cuz I thought too much would just get me all wound up before bedtime. Sure enough, I had some delays in getting to sleep. But it sure felt good.
