anybody want a peanut?

Whoo-hoo! Finally! I thought we were stuck with a lame plain-vanilla DVD version of this classic movie favorite, but today I found out that MGM is releasing a Special Edition DVD version come September 4, 01!! Yessss!
Hmmm? Oh, which movie? Why, The Princess Bride of course.
You just knew there had to be more "stuff" to put on the DVD, perhaps even more stuff than they are putting on this new edition (egads, could there be an advanced Super Collection Edition later?), but still, I'll be rushing out to the store on 9-4 and slapping my money on the proverbial barrel head (whatever that means).
This new version includes commentary by director Rob Reiner, commentary by author William Goldman, brand-new "As You Wish" documentary featuring all-new interviews with Cary Elwes, Robin Wright Penn, Billy Crystal, Mandy Patinkin and more, exclusive footage shot by Cary Elwes during the making of the movie, and 2 original featurettes! I'm very excited for the commentaries, but I'd also like to see outtakes and deleted footage! Is that on there too??
