IKEA coming to town?

A friend of a friend (yeah, you know how these things go but the source is reliable) recently discovered that IKEA has been scouting property in the metro area for a new store. Duh. You think a Scandinavian-based retail store would do good here in mini-Scandinavia? Barring that connection, would a retail store with inexpensive, high-quality products do well here? Yeah, that's what I thought. Now when does it open?
