Every morning I wake up, groggy and relaxed, and looking out my window I can see the sunlight shining on my neighbors power line connection on the roof of their house. For some strange reason, this pleases me.

While babysitting Bella the other night with Meghan, we made some beaded bracelets. Bella really enjoyed the task. Meghan took this picture of Bella's little hand in the colorful beads.

Last Sunday we all went out to Minnetonka Orchards to pick apples and pumpkins and Bella had a great time -- eating apple donuts, climbing on hay bales, going on a hay ride, picking apples and pumpkins, and just watching the tractors. This was a really quick snap but I love how it turned out.
This is Jake at last night's 6th Annual Spring Dance Party. He loves music. Sometimes he has to make do when his guitar isn't around. This is a bit more animated, but Jake also has the indie-rock shoe-gazer pose down pat.
This picture is here just to show you the capabilities of the new Sony DSC-P71 digital camera that I wrote about in my main weblog. As you can see from the image, this little camera can capture some pretty amazing detail. I don't think I need to say much more.
