Photolog In 5 Easy Steps

I wrote up a tutorial explaining how I do my photolog (the right column of pictures) here at The Kingdom of Squirrels. Yes, now you, too, can have a snappy photolog at your blog and impress your visitors. It only takes five (ahem) easy steps and off you go!

Thanks for the tutorial! I'll have to see if it applies to my PC (and my current budget, decimated by a trip to Japan) since it looks like you're a well-equpped Mac person. but I do plan to hold on to it, because I do enjoy seeing current pictures to illustrate things. have you seen http://www.douglaspearce.com/ ? pretty much all picture-based, with short captions. I like this one a lot.
cheers,

Great tutorial, thanks.

I really like the fact that it doesn't require MT hacks or other hoops to jump through.

Now I just have to work on the template/css bits. And put some pictures online. Yeah, that would help.

And watch that front brake when on gravel ;-)

Thank you very much, Jeremy.
I am posting this from Japan.
You made my life lot easier. I finally got my own photolog.
I haven't looked into css and templates yet, but it works fine as it is.
I am thinking about translating your great tutorial into Japanese, and put it on my own weblog, if you don't mind.

>If this helps you out, send me a cool postcard or burn me a mix CD of your favorite songs (and tell me why they are). And let me see your photologs!

I would like to send you a mix CD or a postcard but I don't know your address. You can certainly check out my blog thru the URL I left here, but you might need Japanese language plugin. Thanks you.
