Dr. Strangelove
"There will be no fighting in the war room!"
Yup, I finally viewed Kubrick's dark comedy and I enjoyed it much. Thanks to those who prodded and suggested. Sellers was great, Scott was great, it was just overall pretty darn good. I'm sure I'll have more thoughts on the movie after mulling it over for a few days, but at least I am no longer in the running as the last person on earth to see this film. I will, however, remain in the race for "Titanic" and "Gump," mostly just out of spite.

I am glad you finally saw this movie It is my favorite Kubrick. I think people don't get how much humor is in his films. It is black humor to be sure, but I think he is as funny as any director out there. He just camouflages it so well.
I was super bummed I got hung up and couldn't join you to watch this
