Another Flicker

I got another flicker* under my belt yesterday with a 2:00 minute short about things I can do in two minutes. I was a bit hesitant to submit it and then felt horrified after I did but a few good comments from friends put me at ease. Why? Well, it is shot so it appears that the main character is ... um... you know... and anyway it was a bit uncomfortable to watch other people watch it. Most get it and laugh. But a few were pretty silent. Too silent. (Ha! get over it!) It was a fun little shoot and if you don't like it, just remember: this is a rated "G" movie.
*From now on I am calling short online video creations "flickers" because it sounds cool. Yeah. Cool.

visitor chattering

If my parents saw it, they would shake their heads and go "tsk, tsk" but I can't imagine anyone under, say, 50 not thinking it was funny. You got some uptight friends, there, or were ya showin' it at the family reunion : )?

You make me want to purchase a digital video camera...

I was looking through past films on the weeklydvd site, and I have to ask: did you write the text for "Haunted: The Girl"? It's pretty damn good, actually. It sounds like Henry James!

Yes, I wrote the text for "Haunted: The Girl" and I wrote it in about 20 minutes. Thanks for the compliments. Since I studied English, I should know more James, but unfortunately, I don't know anything. Consider it placed upon my list!

Sue- Yes, perhaps this video has created a new term for that particular deed of self gratification: scrubbing your pan. Good thing I wasn't peeling carrots! heh heh.

*Looks at 'recently heard', sees Royksopp - Melody A.M., pumps fist into the air, and begins: "Poor Leno..."* =)
