Bald Eagles On the way in to work today I saw two majestic bald eagles flying over the city (at Cedar Lake Road and Hwy 169) and I had to do a double-take to make sure my eyes were not deceiving me. True enough, they were heading east-southeast and they looked great. I've always loved birds of prey for some reason. Wish I could've watched them for a while. I don't think I've ever seen eagles in the heart of the city before today. When I arrived at work I called the University and the Raptor Center, just in case anybody was interested in such a sighting. posted by jeremy at 08:09 PM | On This Day:

I wonder if that was the same bald eagle I saw flying over Warner Road in St. Paul.
