I guess I can understand why Jack and Bill thought it best to stay away from ass jokes, any homosexual implications, and you could just start pointing fingers at the "guilty party" (ie, assrapist, or willing fudgepacker), but that still leaves us without reason for Natalie's silence.

Maybe just because she was first to make the comment, she assumed all subsequent comments would make her seem woefully inadequate. (As she most obviously is, because, as a she, she is poorly equipped to pierce that benign tomorless part of your body.)
