Happy Mac How-To Everybody (translation: my relatives and in-laws) keeps asking me tech support questions. No doubt some of you spent your holiday fixing somebody else's gunked up computer and know of what I speak. Instead of getting stressed about it, I figured it would be worth my while and helpful to countless others (the three of you who read this blog) to create a tutorial on how to keep your OS X Mac purring smoothly.
